Cocktails - Rum

Title: Bermuda Fog

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan Rum
1 1/2 oz Garofalo Ginger Lime Liqueur
Ice
Ginger Beer
Pechauds bitters
Lime wedge or thin lime slice

 

 


Directions

1. Fill “large Rock Glass” 1/2 way with ice.

2. Pour rum and Ginger Lime Liqueur over ice

3. Add Ginger Beer to fill the glass.

4. Use 2 splashes of Pechauds bitters

5. Garnish with lime wedge or float a thin lime slice on top.
