Spirit: Rum and Ginger Lime Liqueur
Title: Firefighter Cool Down
Ingredients
2 oz light rum
2 oz Garofalo Ginger Lime Liqueur
1 T Grenadine
1 T Lime juice
1 T Simple Syrup
Club soda
Ice
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except club soda into cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously and strain into a tall glass with fresh ice.
3. Top off with club soda.
4. Garnish with mint or lime wedge and a cherry.
