Spirits Simplified
During a decade of wine travel from late 2006, we have visited distilleries along the way. We started writing articles about those distilleries. By 2016, we decided to make a companion website about distilling. During that first decade, we learned much about distilling. In 2016 we distilled wine and made brandy. We also gained experience infusing brandy.
This section of the website provides a gentle spirits education. It begins with articles about different types of spirits.
