Title: The Bitter Mai-Tai
Ingredients
2 oz. DeLeón Platinum Tequila
1 oz. Verjus
¼ oz. Velvet Falernum
2 dashes cacao bitters
Directions
1. Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake to chill.
2. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
3. Garnish with mint.
